I am a PhD Candidate in Recreation and Leisure Studies, Faculty of Health, at the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. I examine the lived experiences of new arrivants to Canada, and the socio-political, cultural, historical, and economic structures and processes that simulatenously impact these experiences.
